"After graduating college, I immediately went into agency-life. I didn't know this at the time, but burnout is real and can have emotional and physical impacts. Having been in Sioux Falls for a while, I always heard of Click Rain being an agency with great work life balance. When I joined the team, I not only saw this, but felt the shift in what I thought a healthy workplace was, to what a healthy workspace is. In the best way, it was a culture shock. I define healthy as being encouraged and uplifted when a day or project feels too heavy to take on your own."
