Click Rain Named Prairie Business Top Company for 3rd Year

Click Rain is honored to announce its placement on Prairie Business magazine’s 50 Best Places to Work list, for the third consecutive year.

The award is evenly split between small companies (99 or fewer full-time employees) and large companies (100+ full-time employees), and includes businesses located in North Dakota, South Dakota, and western Minnesota. Click Rain made the list of the top 25 small companies, and this is the third time the company has been honored with the award. Other 2016 recipients include Midco, Eide Bailly LLP, and Lloyd Companies.

You can't claim to be a great place to work unless the employees who actually work for you agree.

“You can’t claim to be a great place to work unless the employees who actually work for you agree,” said Lisa Gibson, editor of Prairie Business magazine. “It’s a point of pride for our winners because being nominated as a great place to work by actual employees on all levels of hierarchy is a testament to really being a great company.”

Nominations for the award were gathered through anonymous employee surveys, which rated businesses on work environment, employee benefits, and employee happiness. The total number of nominations a company received also factored into the rankings. The 50 businesses on this year’s list were chosen from nearly 950 employee surveys.

“We are honored to receive this award for the third time,” said James Krueger, partner and VP of Interactive Services. “Our workplace culture is critical to our success. We truly care about our employees and we’re honored that they would recognize us yet again.”

More information on the businesses in the 50 Best Places to Work list is available in the September issue.
