I'm Peder Kenneth Aadahl, and I am an Online Marketing Engineer. Peder with a "D", and I like it. I don't like it when people call me PEH-der. I understand why but it's, no, it's PEE-der just with a "D".

I drink a lot of Diet Coke, specifically fountain Diet Coke though. Towards the end when it's like melted with the ice, it's the best.

So a marketing engineer comes up with the strategy and then implements that strategy for the client. Peder's Financial Philosophy. Avoid debt. Yeah. The one thing about being a marketing engineer is you do have to know a lot about everything, and the best way to do that is to actually be a practitioner of that. Not only am I a believer in some of this strategy stuff, but I'm actually doing it.

Yes, I was the first person in the office to have a podcast. Podcasting is how I feel like I got to where I am right now. The podcast I am doing now is with Serge called Future Break. Serge was born in Ukraine. Yes, I can see that, people might think that Serge is the Ukrainian version of me.

I'm married to my beautiful wife, Allison. We have three kids - four, two, and about eight months. When people ask me "what do you like to do outside of work?", when you have kids, three kids four and under, life is a never a dull moment. For sure.

Pizza Hut. Oh Pizza Hut. When you grew up it was like this wonderful experience. There was the Book It program. It was such a great program. Get kids to read and then the waiter is like "oh, good job reading a book", here's a free personal pan pizza. I mean, that was awesome. Then they just. What happened? Like you were the top of the pack. You had it and then.

I'd like to think of myself more as a blonde person. I think you have red hair. Really? OK, I have a red beard, for sure. This red is not red here. It's not.

My favorite thing about working at Click Rain is the people. For sure. It's just this constant kind of fueling of each other to push ourselves to learn something better or become better ourselves. Red hair. Wow.
